Teen Driving , New Rules !!

.
Early Tuesday morning, 12:01 am to be exact; there will be new rules going out to teen drivers in the state of Pennsylvania. The rules state that drivers of the ages 16 and 17 years-old would be required to have more training for there driving skills. Teens 18 and under with permits would need 65 hours of training. It’s also stated that 10 of those hours should be teachings about driving at night. 5 of those hours should be teachings about driving in horrible weather. Drivers under 18 also aren't allowed to have a certain number of other teens that aren't family as passengers with out a parent/guardian present. That rule only applies for the first 6 months of having a junior license. Everyone in the car in required to wear a seat belt and if a teen driver or any of the passengers isn't buckled in then it's an automatic pull over by the police. But the rules for older teens that are 18 and older are harsher. If an 18 year old doesn't wear his or her seat belt they would be charged as an offense and if they get pulled over they would be charged with a fine. 18 year olds can have up to three passengers in the car only if they don't have any crashing or get pulled over by the cops.

Well my opinion on this is that they shouldn't make the driving laws for teens as harsh. I believe that because some drivers more experienced than teens are worse with obeying the rules of the rode than teens. Also 65 hours of training is way too much time for a teenager, we already have to deal with our school education but to add more stress to our brains isn't necessary. I agree with the punishment for not wearing seat belts. I agree with it because wearing a seat belt is important and they are just concerned about your safety.
